We want the hour(s) that your child spends in our Noah's Ark Preschool Ministry to be the best time of their week! We believe that each preschooler should feel that they are a special part of our church, which hinges on a positive environment to experience God's love from others.
Parenting these little ones takes all of your time and energy and we want to provide parents help and encouragement to teach scriptural truths, discipline children in biblical ways, and equip children to think and act like Jesus.
Your little one can anticipate participating in stories, crafts, music and free play with other children and our nursery workers and volunteers.
Sunday Mornings:

Wednesdays:
Nursery: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Who is the preschool ministry for?
The preschool ministry is available to your little ones from infancy through kindergarten.
How does this work?
Be sure to utilize our parents of preschoolers parking directly in front of the nursery building (Building 4). Once you enter through the main, orange door, you will be greeted by the preschool director or one of the nursery staff at the front desk. You will be given a registration form to fill out, and then your child will be escorted to his/her classroom. You will be given a numbered pager that will be assigned to your child which you must return when picking up your child. We will only release the child to a parent/otherwise vetted adult with the pager.
Who is working with my child in the nursery?
We are committed to keeping your children safe emotionally, physically and spiritually while they are in our care. All volunteers and paid workers at VMBC are given background checks and scanned through a national security database. Although volunteers are on a rotating schedule, we have regular nursery staff members to provide familiar faces for your children every Sunday and ensure the highest quality of care.
Christine Henry is on staff as our Preschool Ministry Director. If you would like more information about this process and what specific safeguards we have, please contact us.
What is your sick child policy?
Out of respect for the health and safety of all of the children in the nursery, we ask that you do not bring your child if they currently have or have had in the past 24 hours:
Fever
Rash (unless accompanied by a doctor's note)
Runny nose (beyond an allergy induced post-nasal drip)
Cough
